These are the things we seek to understand in trauma-informed therapy, recognizing the complex impact that trauma has on our well-being and our ability to cope going forward in the world. There is nothing wrong with you. You are doing your best to respond to unnatural, unhealthy or unexpected situations. Together we will explore your early life experiences to understand more about how you came to be who you are today. We will examine your overall physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being to create more balance, peace, and harmony within your life. I provide a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are.

I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I currently offer counseling services to adults age 18 and older residing in Colorado and Pennsylvania. I welcome clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races and cultures ☮︎ ⚧ ♡ At this time, I offer virtual tele-therapy only.

I look forward to helping you learn to love and nurture yourself. Together we will develop the skills you need to use your voice, change your thought patterns, improve your relationships and build confidence within yourself!
